“These are some of the most potent materials in the universe and each one of them has its own specific frequency of vibrations and energy, so they can really shift you into a very energetic, healthy body and mind,” said Elizabeth Reineke, co-founder and director of Crystal Energy Initiative.
She told The Huffington Post in an interview that her organization uses stones that have healing properties that can have positive impact on our bodies.
Reineke founded CrEI in 2010. She started this organization to spread the word about all natural things and natural solutions.
CrEI works on a mission to educate about all the natural ways to live and heal. The organization conducts research to find a connection between energy fields and nature.

“The crystals that are used in healing and crystals that are used for meditating, in addition to having the healing and energetic properties that heal the body, can actually be used to balance your chakras, which is the body’s energy centers,” Reineke said.
She said the organization carries around 30 different crystals on them to help them make their healing journey.
“And we are always looking for new ones,” Reineke said.
But there is a downside to using crystals. She said that sometimes, people buy a gem stone thinking it is going to have energy properties.
“They are thinking that when they get home from the store that this stone will be like a beacon of energy and help them get everything they want and feel better about themselves,” Reineke said. “And so when people do this, they often end up confused because they don’t have the right crystals to do so.”
She also said that you must choose crystals that are a perfect match to your chakra.

Reineke said the store is open every Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
