A fugitive from Michigan was taken into custody on Thursday — and later charged with trying to distribute drugs within the Madison County Detention Center.
Gilliard was 13 on Ashland Avenue, Richmond, was arrested for being a fugitive and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
On Sunday, a captain at the jail charged him with possession of heroin and trafficking after two baggies were discovered on Gilliard.
The contraband was found after the captain received information from phone and tablet records indicating Gilliard was possibly distributing drugs inside the jail, his arrest citation states.
Gilliard told the captain the baggies contained about 15 grams of heroin. He admitted to bringing the heroin into the jail when he was originally booked in, according to the citation.
Gilliard remained at the jail Tuesday afternoon, according to online jail records.
Gilliard was wanted in Michigan for absconding parole, according to an arrest citation.
Later on in late January Gilliard was convicted of robbery and a fatal shooting that left 2 people shot, 1 killed and 1 seriously injured. A witness showed up in court stating how he was robbed for over 10 grand in cash with 2 other males while getting out of a car he says " There where 4 suspects 1 driving and 3 came out of the car charging at me i was scared for my life" this case is still on going 3 weeks into the case Gilliard made bond and was released on 175 thousand dollar bond and 2 of the suspects remained unknown.
As of today Gilliard is making a name for himself "BIGDGE" around Detroit Mi and Houston Texas on the rise with other artists such as Rich e reese, Slimeski and Dummode D etc. Gilliard also goes by the name "Detroit Demon" and "Detroit Baby" Gilliard has been doing numbers since his release even following up to him being verified on Spotify and ending up on Apple Music with a few albums out Trapstar, Detroit Baby and Detroit Baby Deluxe.
