48 year old Carrie Parenteau of Prince Albert and her common law Ronald Kahpawesat of Moosomin have been charged with one count of carrying a concealed weapom, uttering threats and robbery. The Prince Albert Police were called to a residence on the 1200 block of 17th street west feb 13 . Upon arrival they found a man with a head injury from getting hit with a gun. The victim stated that Carrie Parenteau was at his place visiting and her common law showed up. Stating that Ronald Kahpawesat is a higher up for Westside Outlaws. Ronald fought with the victim stating to him you dont mess with a higher ups woman. The vicitm had managed to fight Ronald off where he stated Carrie Parenteau pulled out a gun and hit him in the head. She continued to take his wallet and all the cash in it . Where he said there was about 3000 in cash . The police found Carrie Parenteau and Ronald Kahpawesat and arrested them . After searching them Carrie Parenteau had the gun on her and the money they had stolen. Carrie Patenteau is getting charged with carrying a concealed weapon,using the concealed weapon to cause bodily harm. Ronald kahpawesat is facing charges of accessory and obstructing justice by trying to hide Carrie and one count of assault for punching the arresting officer that was handcuffing Carrie. Two are out on bail and yet to make a court appearance as investigation is still going on. Into how far Carrie Parenteaus involvement with Westside Outlaws goes . As for now arresting officer stated they have her on the gang registry as being associated . At the time of arrest Carrie was found having a higher up tag for Westside Outlaw. So further investigations are being done
