On 14 January 2021, police were called to the 4000 block of East Woodward in SE Fresno for multiple complaints of a man force breeding two male French bulldogs.
Upon arrival Srgt. Rodriguez discover Ger Lee playing dog breeding videos for his two male bulldogs.
Ger Lee was questioned but there was no evidence of animal cruelty. The complaint will be further investigation by Animal Rights Associations.
