Quando Rondo was visiting his cousin in Waterloo, Iowa they were at a club in a fight broke out then someone let off several shots in hitting the Rapper Quando Rondo in the head 3 times then the Rapper was rushed to Allen Hospital and later pronounced dead. Police are still questioning and trying to find the victim
