A tucson teen 13, was arrested after reports of gunfire were called in office morales was first on seen and used non lethal force to subdue the subject.witnesses say at around twelve in the afternoon the teen was seen chasing four other boys his age with a glock 18.about two minutes later shots were fired the subject was chased by police and fled the scene the teen was tracked with the help of a k-9 unit the teen was then arrested at gun point officers identified the suspect as 13 year old michael montijo a student at utterback middle school the teen was not a first time offender.officers say no one was hurt.
