Adam Wiggins, a 14 year old boy was attending school when he was hit in the face with a solid ruler. The image shown above was taken as disaster struck and pain was inflicted upon the boy. Wiggins, who is now in intensive care, was left with a fractured skull and a broken jaw with difficulty breathing. Police are investigating why he did it.
