Earlier today and official statement was released by JYPE Entertainment confirming Stray Kids to be disbanding.
In a statement released,
“We regret to inform you that the members of Stray Kids have willingly decided to take a break and disband, focusing on solo careers and project, with their 2nd Album being their last.”
Stray Kids, an 8 member boy-band group under JYPE Entertainment gained fame and praise last year as a result of their 1st official Album and their top track God’s Menu, the first MV to reach 200 Million views, described as ‘pioneers of the mala taste’, their captivating looks and vocals caught the attention of nearly everyone, sadly the rumors circulating only dampened their reputation.
It is said after the release of their 2nd and final Album, they will disband, a subunit called 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Seo Changbin and Han Jisung) will still pursue their careers, the rest of the members will “take some time off to gather their thoughts and how they want to move forward.”
