Roblox is an online game platform and game creation system that allows users to program games and play games created by other users. Founded by David Baszucki and Erik Cassel in 2004 and released in 2006, the platform hosts user-created games of multiple genres coded in the programming language Lua. Recently, Roblox has been having lots of problems with the website where you couldn't be able to edit your avatar or even play any roblox game because of data loss, especially on weekends, and people are getting furious about it. People are also frustrated that the 2021 Egg Hunt is going to be yet another Dev Hunt like 2015, 2019 and 2020. Due to the complaints, Roblox has officially decided to shut down the website on March 18, 2021. "It was fun while it lasted but we can't handle to amount of criticism and the backlash." - David Baszucki
