Jim Tot of Davenport Iowa was finally arrested this morning around 4:00am. He is currently being held in Cook County under no bond at this point.Undercover Detective Daniels has been watching Mr.Tot for awhile now trafficking miscellaneous drugs in and out of Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Our confidential informants was a major help in this case because he was so smooth on how he controlled his operations as a drug smuggler. Thanks to our C I we have another smuggler off the streets.
