Thursday Nov 24th 2020 was definitely not like any other Thursday in wexford ridge apartments in Madison Wisconsin. A few parents made calls to 911 at about 7:30pm saying they saw a clown outside of an apartment window. One parent had the guts to ask what he was doing and he responded with "I found my next victim and his name is Riley Hedstrom and I'm coming for him!!!!!!"
