Montesquieu was born in La Brède, France in 1689. He somehow has created a time machine and traveled to the 21st Century. He was a french philosopher. He was famous for thinking of the idea of balancing the governments power into 3 branches.
Because he was a philosopher he thought about the people. He strongly believed that the governments power should be separated into 3 branches equaling out the power of each branch into some certain division.
When he traveled here into our time, he was extremely excited to find out his idea worked and is has worked in the U.S.A. He was also surprised to see all the things that evolved. Even though he was excited that his idea worked he was still unhappy on how powerful the president was. He then traveled back to his time, still wondering what "airpods" are.
